Im not sure but didnt the Dutch put a bounty on on his head after that proggy went out.

Watching these now, it's like a comedy, they peddle so much fear, it makes them look stupid in the end. The documentary Grass from 1999 shows similar footage of the anti-drugs campaigns in the '60s and '70s, one smoke of pot and you will be addicted for life.
