I've had a few barneys with the general public at work all because they have spoken to me like i was shit on there shoe, makes me angry and i cant hold my tongue at times haha, luckily for me my bosses know im normally a very polite and well mannered person and for someone to make me snap like that then there must have been a good reason. People who just suddenly stop walking infront of you and you end up all over them lol, no warning just STOP , also people who just suddenly turn straight into your path and make you stop , grrrr.

I forgot the dreaded call centres! There's nothing worse than getting passed to about 7 different people, none of whom can help you. I've actually worked in a few in the past so I know its not easy and you do get a lot of stick, but its sooo frustarting at times!

I don't normally go in the Tesco's near me cos it's full of gyppo parents and their dirty-faced offspring, but I was fancying a bit fish for me tea on Friday so popped in there.
Fuck me it was like a cross between Makro and The Somme. Stuff stacked up on pallets with aforementioned gyppos ripping boxes open to get at all the new pristine stuff what hadn't been molested by the greedy mitts of previous shoppers. I know it's tescos, and expectation should be adjusted accordingly, but since when did they give up making any semblance of an effort? I mean... a bit of that green placky garnish stuff, or a ickle tiny white picket fence round the various bits of meat & fish on show in the cabinet wouldn't fucking kill them would it?
In my day there was a ruddy-cheeked John Bull type with expert knowledge and a glint in his eye for all the mothers stood there in an apron lopping off bits of cheese with a wire like a fucking bond villain. None of that in there nowadays. You're fighting off greasy haired toothless awld hoonds and their spawn of satan offspring just to get yer hands on half a pound of cheddar.

The managers are of Nazi descent are employed to bully and be-little thier staff, monitoring thier daily actions without praise, just criticism leading to poor moral and therefore not meeting the customer's requirements so its us that end up ringing over and over again knowing that our queries are not dealt with. Its been going on for years and these poor sods are paid a pittance to work in these modern day sweat shops.

I had one manager who obsessively watched the call queues and used to go tear strips of you if you were a few seconds late logging in. If there was more emphasis on actually helping the customer rather than answering the phone and getting the customer off it as quickly as possible then I'm sure calls centres would be more effcient at dealing with problems.

I agree about working in a pub, I used to and it was blooming hard work keeping my mouth shut - I wouldnt last 5 mins working in one now as I would easily get wound up if someone pissed me off. Only just been allowed back into my local village pub after telling the landlord/and lady how flipping crap they were LOL. Well I was telling the truth they are crap.
I run my own business now and deal with twats on a daily basis and I really have to bite my tongue, be it narky customers or slack suppliers - its a nightmare but ive got cash to earn so I keep quiet - I can come on here and moan instead I hope LOL
Bad management pisses me off, its why I left my old job to work for myself. My manager couldnt manage shite and should have been sacked, she certainly couldnt manage me. Dont get me wrong I am not an angel and I do make mistakes like we all do but I dont pretend to be something I am not.
I bought a new laptop today at PC World on my business account and the guy serving me asked, what my position was, I said "ummmmm" trying to think of something like owner, and he said "director?" and I am but I felt such a twat saying "oh ya I am the Director", I would rather have been owner but it was on his list on his system LOL.
Im on the Pimms now after a stressful day and my new laptop doesnt arrive til Wednesday and Im really pissed off that some letter keys have dropped off this one. I have no F, C or B just a silly little nobble thing.
