The evidence in our possession could be faked, i.e the artefacts brought back from the first landings (cameras and such left on the moon) and then dissected to study micrometeor impacts, who is to say that was actually on the moon, we have to put that down to faith.
The moon rocks could have come from the Antarctic, where a lot of moon material is found after it enters our atmosphere after asteroid strikes cause an ejection of lunar material.
The lunar dust on artefacts such as suits equipment and pictures could be ground up rock found in the Antarctic.
But What cant be faked?
Radio telemetry. There is no way that with all the receiving stations on Earth locked on to the command module and LAM, that the true location of the signals could be hoaxed, or even sent to recive/ transmit station planted on the moon in an unmanned robotic mission. The Uplink would be evident. Simple triangulation proves the source of the broadcasts

Russia was in a major arms and technology Dick war with NATO at the time, and you can bet your sweet arse that all manor of eavesdropping devices were ranged on the missions, hoping for a fuck up to spread all over TASS in a news of the world styleee expose on how the Capitalist Dogs failed spectacularly.

Why would they risk faking it 18 times? There were 18 manned moon landings, in two of those they even took up a car (the lunar rover). Why would they risk being caught with such ridiculously extravagant missions if they had faked it, surely they would stop at one successful mission - the first one.
There were literally 100,000's directly employed in the US in the moon landings - there was so much money pumped into it, it was obscene. But not one of these 100,000's has ever come forward to say it was faked. Why not? In the US anyone wants to get on TV for anything - would every single one of those people realistically keep quiet for so long? Absolutely no chance.
well said jonno you just cant keep secrets that BIG its as simple as that - the hundreds of actors they would have has to employ, fake astronauts, fake mision control personnel, fake NASA scientists..... All with family and friends and all expected to stay quiet and to spend all the next years of their lives telling a fabricated story.
