I'm not very adventurous when it comes to cheese. I usually stick to Cheddar, Cheshire or Lancashire crumbly, or anything without bacteria veins in it;)

Emmental and ham always taste great in the mountains though:)

Dont think Mizzy will appreciate that on the ones and two's LOL....

Cheese, its my downfall. I love it too much, and in fear of having cheddar arteries by the time Im 35, and having a crumbly Lancashire induced heart attack, Ive tried to restrict my cheese intake over the last 12 months.

Nice bit of Red Leicster, some crumbly lancashire, hell even mild cheddar, wendlseydale or however its spelt, right through to primula, Kraft Thick slices, chilli and pepper cheese, Edam, Gouda, Baby Bells, even found myself on some cranberry and raisin cheese at one point!.

Hold me back.....

Dont do stinky cheeses though, or ones with blue bits in etc. :hurl:

I may have posted this before, but imho cheese is Satan's knob gunk.

At some point in the past a farmer let some milk go off so much it ended up really fucking rotten and he didn't know what to do with it. Then he hit on the idea of giving it a name, ("hmm, cha, chee, cheese! that's it!") and sold it to some local mugs who didn't want to admit it was shocking after having being suckered into paying for it.

And so it began. Remember kids, cheese is just rotten milk.

Gwan The Fromage Freaks!

Long is the tradition of the post-prandial Smorgasbord of Cheese at Chez Brix.

Nothing beats a proper Autumnal/Winter roast, plenty of red wine, give it a while, after dinner skunk reefers, and then get on the fromage.

Last time I was in Essex, got a few local mates round, and at 3am we were all out at the end of the garden, burner on...with a fook off wooden chopping block covered in all sorts..I supplied the Gouda, Oud Amsterdam (of course), smoked German, Dutch goat (mild, not too goaty)... won't go through the rest as a) I can't remember as mates brought em and b) I've not read the thread and every conceivable cheese has probably already been quoted

Useful additions: pears (try Chinese ones if you can - nice texture), apples, grapes, Gentleman's Relish (no Shooms, not that type of gentleman's relish), and strawberry jam (deffo try it).

Bring on the Christmas Cheese!

Me and Dannster thought we'd be dead civilised n posh last night so we had a cheese n crackers evening:crazy:

Got one of those cheese selection boards and a jacobs crackers variety pack with all the bad boys classics in it lol

In the cheese there was your regular cheddar n red leicester (I love red leicester:love: ) and then there was the mad as fk cheese such as brie n stilton.

Dannster thought the stilton tasted like toe jam n I thought the brie smelt of spunk, it didnt taste like cheese either:rolleyes:

We still ate most of it tho hahahaha:king:

A good evening was had by all, and we got cheesed up to the max. I had nitemares of a large stilton chasing me up the road with a brie spunk gun it its hand firing brie spunk at me:cops:

Any cheese lovers out there?:hubba:
