This has helped me loads of times....

Just get out from under the covers and sit on the edge of the bed, in the dark, in slience, and just stare at something.

In my experience at least, it's not normally very long before you end up being so bored and your eyelids get so heavy that you can't help starting to nod off

Who else suffers?
Yet again I have been awake quite literally all night -not 1 single minutes shut eye.
It affects everything.
Health.
Work.
Relationships.
Social Life.
You name it - it has a knock on effect.

I suffer very badly. It doesn't seem to matter how knackered I am - what I've done the day before - what's on for the day ahead - I just go through nights where I can't switch off & relax at all.

I know diet & excercise are important factors - but it's juts not natural to suffer this much sleep depravation.

I'm sure there are others out there... What do you do about it?????

insomnia horrid , sufferd really bad in the last few months to the point of getting 3 hours kip a nite , hence the not been on here fer a bit , dont go ont pc in the week at nites anymore and my sleeping patterns proper sorted now :)
