One Dove - Why don't you take me (underworld up 2 down mix) at about 7 or 8mins in. (not a typical old skool tune i know, but it does it for me)
Underworld - Rez (infact I could name 5 underworld tunes that have riffs that make you go ahhhh!)

Charles B - Lack of Love (acidic bass riff)
Oi Sonik - Just Let Your body Ride (sure this bass riff was sampled from a much earlier tune)
