Here are scans of the inside and outside of the tape cover which Andrew forwarded me to crop and clean up:

Well this certainly clears things up at bit... This IS in fact a different mix from the Gordon Kaye @ Winter Court mix - and clearly an early date too. Chuff Chuff appered to hold really regular nights back in there early days - it's in more recent times that their events became more exclusive and less regular.

Interesting to see Jon Pleased's name spelt wrong twice. I've seen this a few times on some early flyers of his. This was pretty early in his DJ career, as he only started playing out in late 1991, for Danny Rampling at the Milk Bar.

Nice one Andrew - this mix tape must be rare as yer like!

Hmmmm, will be all over Facebook before you can utter the words 'Jim Shaft Ryan'.

My first Chuff Chuff was in 1993. I'd have loved to have got to some of the earlier ones. Especially the Boat Parties.

please do not post on facebook - it is killing the forums - it is annoying to say the least, especially as it was posted at the same time i up'd the mix

This is becoming a fucking joke!

The link I added earlier of 'Sasha @ Chuff Chuff, Winter Court 1992' has appeared on 'DJ Sasha Mixes Etc 2's page.... Already!!

What the fuck is wrong with people. Why do they feel the need to post them on pissing Facebook???

Who is this person?

think your looking into it a bit too much Nick

most likely all three of the winter court 22-11-92 sets are from this 11th sept 92 night

all the tapes/sets overlap into each other, and nobodys seen an original tape cover for any of these sets/tapes until now

saying that thou: lookin at the DJs listed on the tape cover (kleavage sisters, gordon kaye, jon the pleased, jim shaft ryan)

that doesnt match the djs from the winter court tapes/sets (oakenfold, gordon kaye, sasha)

I think Brady's right. I'm convinced they're all from the same night.

Plus I spoke to Andrew late last night and he made a very good point - the two Gordon Kaye mixes in question are labelled as only being a couple of weeks apart. Therefore, it's not surprising that many of the tracks, and even two tracks, one after the other, are played by the same DJ on two different nights.

Parky and Sasha in particular did this often. If two tracks work well togther, you going to play them again.

It's great to see this tape cover from this Chuff Chuff tape series - and it certianly looks like it belongs with the flyers produced by Chuff Chuff around the same time.

the 2 gordon kay sets are the exact same set, they are just labelled differently

the question is- trying to figure out which event they are from

the other djs listed on the tape cover dont fit with the other winter court tapes/sets (oakenfold/sasha)
