erm no names mentioned! and respect is all about respecting eachothers opinions, respect what others enjoy or like doing commenting on what u like or dont like doing is great  but when it gets personal like u said pm's are better for that not to put on threads, not everyone can take sarcastic comments like most of the regs do but surely as a friendly lot u wouldnt want to scare newbies away and infact old members too! this thread is not just about what i think its shared with quiet afew others aswell (no names mentioned) some of the people concerned hav been on osa a long time and they're happy iv made a comment on this. its all done in good faith i aint  about it lol, im just simply pointing out my opinion on how ur comments may affect others, this thread is about how people feel which is exactly what threads n posts r all about! try n keep it friendly thats what i say

I always miss the fun!! ;)

Where have I been when all this debating has been going on? I think it's interesting when it gets quite heated on this board. It's good to get everyone's mind ticking and opinions flowing.

One thing I have noticed about this board though, is that a small proportion of peeps seem to feel intimidated when a new kid on the block appears with a different approach to the norm! (especially if it's a fiesty woman with strong opinions).

I was told this was a friendly board when I first joined, and I must admitt 90% of this board are. However, there was a select few who didn't like what I posted coz I questioned various things, that I wont go into now for obvious reasons. I then started to experience a bit of bitchiness. No matter where you are, you'll always get people trying to put you down if they feel threatened by you or your opinions.

Just don't ever let them stop you from being everything you are and everthing you stand for

Nah m8, its the reverse innit.

Theres always an opinion in a criticism. This is cos an opinion can be a constructive or positive one, whereas a criticism is going to always be leaning towards the negative end of an opinion.

I think you're perfectley entitled to post this thread hun. If people are making you feel uncomfortable, better that you let them know so they can be more sensitive to yours and possibley others feelings in future, rather than suffer in silence, no-matter how smaller deal ppl think it is we cant have you feeling targeted.

You've just gotta take others opinions on here on the chin as everyone gets on their high horse about one topic or another that they feel strongly about, and ive found before that alot of the girls on here, for one reason or another (girls being girls), have strong opinions on what kind of shoes etc you should wear to a club. At the end of the day, who really gives a shit. Each to their own.

too bolloxed still to read this properly but have to agree that the medium of text, net & smiley is not always the best to get your true feelings across with minimal misinterpretation.... throw in some :pixie: , :bong: or :fekked: & its even more confusin lol :axe:

voice inflections, eye contact & body language is where its at peeps ;)
