sure the blast from the past tapes are only 60mins each thou

the original eclipse tapes are 90min

I know... but this is YOUR upload mate... which you've called Blast from the past and uploaded a jpg of the pack case.

I haven't played my original tapes for yonks... 60 mins sounds about right... so the question is with this set @ 77 mins... so is it from the Blast from past series or is it from the original tape ?

For example the Sasha set which is on the Blast from the past series (the classic one with Freestyle Orchestra being scratched over Offshore etc) is 60 mins but I've also got a copy of original Eclipse tape @ 90 mins for this... Blast from the past came out round about 1995, originals obviously came out when they came out.

Track 11 is Elixir Vitae ‎– Gonna Be Alright
Elixir Vitae - Gonna Be Alright (Vinyl) at Discogs

Track 18 is 3 Down - Deep Trip (The Spirit Trip Mix)
3 Down - Deep Trip at Discogs

and before Track 18 Side two begins with

Ultra Cynic - Its too late (from The Ultracynic EP)
Ultracynic - Ultracynic EP (Vinyl) at Discogs

Track 21 is also mistitled and should be The Pied Piper - Kinetic (I'm In Heaven Mix) - not The Orbital Mix
The Pied Piper - Kinetic (Orbital Remixes) at Discogs

Side Two also has a few extra tracks after Kid Unknown that I'm trying to place

This tape was recorded in December 1991 and definitely rates as one of the best mixes from The Eclipse series thankfully with NO mc's chanting over the tunes

I don't mind early hardcore especially these Eclipse tapes they are just amazing  But I find the early house just a little bit slow for me and its probably because I was listening to hardcore and really did not get into house until 1994. I noticed someone has these up for sale on Ebay at the moment, I guess that's why your posting them.:p

I would of put a bid on the Jon Da Sliva one, but am saving up for a amp and have just sold of some of my collection not much of it as I have raised the money I need now.

Great tune, i'm surprised it took this long to get IDed. I just checked out the copies for sale on discogs and i'm glad i got a copy years ago. Seriously out of control pricing there :fekked:
