Mine is a dead obvious one.

Everything will pass. As i said, it sounds daft but it really is worth remembering when times are tough. However shit you are feeling, or however hard life is it will pass and be almost forgotten.

I have a mega tip, useful for if there is anyone who, like me, has moved loads over the years etc...
When its a pain in the arse filling in forms / applications etc.. and they're asking for previous addresses etc... I used to get in a tangle remembering them all, especially house number /postcode etc... til I struck gold in realising that if you access your ebay account, all your old address are still stored in there. Bingo. Kushty. Mange tout Mange tout Rodders. ;) :cool:
saved me loads of hassle on numerous occasions :king:

that is genius!!!
i would like to recommend the virulite to treat coldsores.
zaps them with invisible band uv light...really really does work. unlike all the other stuff on the market.
its like a miracle!
