You're gonna need a scanner then unless you can use somebody elses computer to scan them, but they're pretty cheap and come with the software you need. I reckon they're fairly easy to get the grasp of too.
The only other way (if quality isn't important) is to take a picture of your photos using a digital camera and upping them that way

Me and Jill were particularly bored at university one night, and decided to *yes, i know it was gay* dress up as scallies.
