Ive got a copy of Nemesis 1990 illigal rave in barrow in furness , only thing is its 3hrz long and over 12 gig in size !! , Awesome live set from shades of rythm on there , i can compress this down to 4.3 gig to fit on dvdr but its pixelated so dual layer disk is a must .

I started watching the first one last night mate, it was utterly brilliant:cool:

I didn't know that Jamie Principle - 'Your Love' demo tape (the tune behind The Source - 'You Got The Love' bootleg) was actually the first house track in history (in 1984) :king: and the best version of it has never been pressed on vinyl yet:eek: It still sounds absolutely amazing even now:cool: The dj's at the time stuck on the tape because it wasn't on available on vinyl

And Jesse Saunders - 'On And On' was the first ever house record in history:)

A must watch documentary, very informative:cool: :)

I wouldn't mind getting hold of a good copy of the Hitman and Her at the Eclipse in 92. As the only one I've got a the moment is a low bitrate download from a torrent.

cant promise but might be able to help you with that soon, will let you know :)

have you seen the pics of the Eclipse mid-demolition? :S

here y'go.. :|

Despite the fact I haven't set foot in the place since 1993, it's kinda sad to see it being knocked down. Remembering like it was yesterday standing under that flyover waiting for it to open, and then making my way up the stairs to the main room (which looks like it's where the blue one in the pics is) and it proper going off!!

A few of us went out in Cov a couple of months ago and we parked in that nearby carpark . My mate didnt realise what they'd done and he did the biggest double-take and squeaked "wheres the Eclipse gone!!" in shock :S Really spun his head out :| :p

I've got this on VHS, still working out how to get it onto my PC (might get a DVDR next)... watch this space.
