Classic Mix !!!!!!!
i voted the classic mix ill never ever forget hearing that tape for the 1st time loved it since the day i got it oct 1990 off my mates ex bird from huddersfield at charnock richards services ,that freezing sunday morning car ride home will live in my memories forever phones: phones: everytime i listen to it now i get wisked back in time to that passenger seat of my mates Orion 1.6i ghia totally mashed grinning like a cheshire cat
At the time the mixing on it was much better than the quad tapes i had and the tune selection was second to non in fact i made my lifes work to track down every tune off it which i only just managed 2 months ago ,IMO its got the lot plus no MCs his 2 copies mixing of liz torres - if u keep it up and his force legato system rmx into pierre feroldi movin now , plus all the accapellas black box over 4 for money , nicole over ghentlon to name but a few of my personal fav choice moments off it ,
as for this radio 1 mix from ibiza 96 , thats my next fav sasha mix , real turning point in my life as thats the mix thats partly responsable for getting me passonately back into the music scene and i opened my 2nd record shop just a few months after hearing it...house music really is a feeling
all just shows how something as powerfull and simple as MUSIC REALLY CAN MOVE YOU and inspire you in different ways and help shape your life..
PS as for RITM they are amazing saw them perform live @ Bedrock in London bout 7 years ago was feckin AWWWESOME !!!! as those yanks like to say
