The set listing above sounds v v similar to the set listing on the DVD but I've not actually compared against each other...
Also the DJ is nowhere to be seen in the DVD as it's mainly crowd shots taken from the back of the club
(camera man is stationary n just pans in / out & around)

I bought the DVD offa the bay last year, watched it loads but cant spot myself or me mates, but did spot loads of old faces from what at the time was a small intimate scene, the Que footage is particularly ace, wiuth loads of curly perms and tashes int area.
One famopus face that stands out is that ginger girl that used to do Brookie
and pops up on ITV dramas nowerdays, I think she was from Harrogate, as we got to know her and her crew at shelly's later on
Steve williams is the man on the night in terms of tunes and I can remember his name being bigger than Sasha's at the time, is that you using the intro from star treck steve?

we used to see her at Burtonwood and Charnock Richards services a lot, used to go Legends quite a bit i think. Didnt realise she was from Harrogate though.

I for one always assumed the entire set was Sasha - it's how it was marked up... (especially as KLF Pure Trance 5 is seen as a 'Sasha tune' )

Hopefully Chimes will be me dropped but its a bit late timewise ? I had the first copy at the Roxy In Amsterdam 89 and it blew them away had to play it again straight after funny as.....loved it

The best ones I've seen are Quad Autumn 1990 and Sequins 1991. This Shaboo video is quality as well.
Not sure I've even seen a decent Shelleys vid. Maybe the earlier ones are better?

Apparently it was filmed by Jenks owners to demonstrate health n safety & not excessive numbers inside ?
The guy I bought my copy from said it was done for the coppers, the numbers, security ect, its the crowds reaction to, hardcore uproar that gets me, think this place was as good as shelly's meself.

I remember queing up outside Jenks when it was Zone around 92/93. Used to get there for 7pm just to get in sometimes. Used to get some strange looks from the tourists walking by seein a bunch of wired kids waiting to get in a nightclub that early boppin around to the music on the outdoor speaker lol
