Just wondering what people think about glasses. Do you prefer men / women with or without them? Or do you even have a preference?

Can't say it would ever bother me, so what do you lot reckon?

I have glasses, thick blacked rimmed ones and they are the shit. Men look sexy with them, but not shit glasses with no style.......im not up for crappy specs. But to be honest, Im not bothered if somebody has them or not, its like being bothered about whether somebody is wearing a coat or not.

When I was labout 4, I thought glasses meant you were clever lol! so I tried to fake eye tests :$ :$ :$ shame I need them now for real!!!

being wearing glasses for nearly 21 years and god did i get some grief at school, never thought i'd have a boyf as all the lads used to shout at me 'guys never make passes at girls that wear glasses'.....oh, how cruel!

quite like them now, they make me look clever...great for job interiews

I don't think it matters if people wear glasses or not. But ive had a different experience.

I always get told to take my glasses off by girls who i meet out because most say i look better with out them lol, or they tend to try them on lol, which is ok as long as they don't drop them when there drunk, they cost too much to replace everytime that happens. Used think people thought i was a geek tho.lol

I've worn glasses since middle school but just to see the blackboard . But now wear them all the time can't put contacts in my eye's too fiddly a job don't like the complications of them .Looked at laser treatment and it cost's about £3500 for both eyes on the best program.lol

Ave wore glasses for 27 years, Am 33 and i think they are a pain in the arse, Thats right, I had to ware those Big Black rimmed things(NHS) when i was at school coz my eyesight was so bad, Am 90% blind in 1 eye(Hole in the Retana) and the other isnt much better, Cant even begin to tell you how many fights ave been in coz of those big black F#####S, Cant even get contacts coz they cant make my pescription thin enough, Its shit, The ladies do look good in glasses thow

They dont bother me at all I dont mind wearing them as long as people dont look at you and think (as Shooms sort of said) ...... "Should have gone to Specsavers"

Asteticaly speaking, have a word with the optician for advice on what shape / style would compliment your facial features and eye shape, no good payinga fortune for really nice square gigs if you havea head like a rugby ball.

little things like the shape and tone can emphysise your features.

i dont wear glasses anymore but if it was left to me to go ad hok on a pair id look a reet tit heh

yes, peeps should worry about stuff like that coz it's a case of personal hygiene. Glasses is just coz they have bad eyes, no point in bein arsed about that!! I just don't get peeps who don't look after their teeth :S

Glasses dont bother me either, like sonz said, better things to worry about, like personality etc!

i used to wear glasses when i was a kid, big thick NHS ones coz me mum couldnt afford any for me :$ (think i even had the patch over one eye thing goin on for a bit!! :$ ) , luckily they sorted my eyes out, 20:20 vision now lol

think id have to wear em rather than contacts now thou, ive tried the coloured ones and theres no way i can get em near my eyes!!
