lol - i think 'maxxwaxx' is the bid knocker upper for 'louisangel'. The cheeky 'un has bid on everything that other peeps have bid on n none of the items that havent been bid on!! dodgy!!

When one of the items that has no bids yet gets bidded on, I bet ya 'maxxwaxx' bids on it ;)

Why on earth do people bid this high so early on in the auction?? :confused:

It just massively inflates the final price and nobody wins an auction like this on day one! :mad:


They should just wait and snipe right at the end :eyebrow: :thumbsup:

Without wanting to start owt, I reckon the seller V.D.R off here has a fake bidder in 'clair.vinyl'. Look how the bid was retracted on this one when it looked like the bids had stopped. :S

I'm a last second (almost literally sometimes) buyer, it shouldn't matter if people do that, if you are serious enough to want an item, you'll have made sure your bid won't be outbid by someone, if not, then that's down to you for not bidding high enough, or being there at the last minute with yahoo/msn messenger open to get that instant notice that you've been outbid, or you've won...

Why - everyone just bids how much they think it's worth - it certainly stops the fake pushing up of the price.

If that's not the case then I'll show my arse. V.D.R. could have made it a bit less obvious couldn't he.

Also not wanting to start anything here but V.D.R. had the KLF - Last Train To Trancentral Remix for sale on here. So out of interest I pm'ed him and asked for the barcode number. He replied back to me with some completely made up number! Now if I was a serious buyer I could have been ripped off there because only the original has a barcode but the bootleg hasn't. However I know the barcode wasn't the one he gave me - it was just made up.

Was the copy that V.D.R. had for sale a promo?

Just asking as there were several promo's of it that wouldn't have had bar codes, that were geniune, before it got a release, and years before the bootlegs appeared.

Not trying to excuse anyone, just curious.

Edit: spelling (I can't spell release :rolleyes: )

Nah you misunderstand me, I was told that the one he had did have a barcode - but was given a completely random one.

Is that the KLF 8R you're after??? Found that one last year in a second hand shop for 5 €. What a great record this one is. Love that one to death. I'll never sell that, but I want to know: How much is this worth???

I aint got anyone out there biddin up my tunes....What happens If my so called bidder wins....what do I do ...buy the tune from myself with ebay fees and all....sounds abit stuppid.
THat claire vinyl purchased a tune of me. KLF008R had no problems with that sale.

But if you dont want the tune....dont bid. And if you win the tune and you feel it was bid up why put such a high bid in????You were prepared to pay the price anyway otherwise you wouldnt of put the highest bid in..
