also northern star has been on a mish scannin in more flyers than u can shake a shitty stick at for the flyer archive. erm gonna get crackin on a vid section and also a few other bits n bats that are gonna be ace as ferk.

Actually performs at 10down/1up as the other 10 meg is split at the wall for streaming tv, films, and Dutch footie. Not sure if you can hardhack and re-join the two 10s.

Good stable service - remember though that Amsterdam has had a commercially active fibre ring for years.

I use BE, so am supposed to be on 24MB. It does go like s**t off a shovel, but I haven't actually checked to see what speeds I am getting, as it all depends on how close you are to the telephone Exchange.
What's the best thing to use to check speeds?

i only get my phone line (which i dont use coz iv'e got 2 contracts - half price with me job!)

when i enquired last year to BT they said i wasnt allowed broadband without a phone line so i just took it

all those peeps that are on NTL 10 Meg but not getting it...how many of you have seperate cable modems and how many are getting it straight from the Set top box. Reason i ask is that the setop boxes are known for not handling the top speeds they simply cant. If you are on stb's and are not getting the top speeds phone ntl and ask to have a cable modem installed instead as this will get you much closer to that 10 Mb
