awwww m8 I don't envy u 1 bit, that's a tuff job that 1!!!! Do they monitor ur every move ?????

Nah it's not that bad actually - I get away with net access all day which is why I hang around on here so much! Most of my customers are trade customers rather than irate members of the public so I don't get too much grief. It's not as bad as some places I've heard about where they monitor your calls all the time or you have to put your hand up to go to the toilet etc.

But on the other hand I can think of better jobs! I want to get into IT support really so any tips you lot can think of would be useful...
