i was @ that helter skelter night ( and a very sad night it was too ) 
the last Life night i belive was NYE 1998 . . . as the year after they tried the cosmic nights i belive there was two of these ??? then it went to seduction and timeless doin the old skool nights in the small room , until compulsion then took over with there monthly hardcore events . . .

Yeah I was at that Helter night as well.....and NYE 1998. Life had the smaller room on NYE as the Asylum was doing hardcore in the main room.

Queing up outside the gates that dosent half bring back memroys..Only experiaced it the once ..1st night of 94 feb somthing. Got there late woops.Was noemally there 530 or 6ish on carpark out n about as such
.But this opening night was late. The que was outragous and they had already let ppl in. It was pure kaos.Bob simon and a few of the other bouncers came to the gate and said thats it were shuttin the gates now else can get in!!!!What the fuck half our crew was already in .Shit Shit But craftly went round the out side small car lot and squezzed through the fence haha round the back of the club and sweet into the front of the que..Lovely..Used to love que chatting always got dowbn the line quicker.Fuck me i have waffled a bit there

ahhhh even seein a pic of the buildin with its green stripes that stood out soon as ya'd come round the corner makes the skin on my arms tingle lol
the carpark b4hand for us was always a major part of the whole day we arrive around 4pm ish , chill listen to tunes and kick the footy about till the place filled up , then spend a few hour bobbin round on little missions .. till it was time to queue ( and time for the 1st little fella dropped so it timed right that you was comin up on entering the venue , can remember many a time the queue was slow and i would get caught out and be on one b4 i even made it thro the door !! lol )

Yes cameras wernt allowed but crazy sue this mad speed freak late 30s always had a green work mans top on and white cap or hat..Used to smuggle one in down her kecks..lol..she took a few of us lot in there...will get on for ya all..You may have come a cross sue..pple thought she was a grass..she wern't she was just a mad speed freak lol
