Loose bit at the front surely ? It's both more aethestically pleasing to the eye & also easier to pull.... a bit like me after you've drank ten pints of Rohypnol Revenge

I've been known to do exactly the same and turn round other people's toilet rolls coz they don't conform.
Actually I think it depends if you want to wipe your arse on the patterned side, or the plain side. Logically......if it's the "correct" way round, the natural way to fold it will have the plain bit on the outside. If it's the heathen's way round, the natural fold will have the pretty patterns facing your poo.

Lol deffo with the hanging bit at the front and I dont care I change it round wherever I see it wrong! I was in Paulys mums bathroom one time and she had some fangled toilet roll holder thingy and I had a bit of a mission sorting it out, I was in there for quite some time :$ I think everyone thought I was having the dump of the centuary!!
I kept changing them last week in the villa too!!! :$

yay, not just me then... i feel better now
some people reckon it less likely to get loads wasted if you hang it the 'wrong way' as it wont roll as freely that way
pfft! just squash the roll a bit then if you're that fussed, I say.. the loose bit should be at front, end of story

the front , i've just been told by a man older than gods dog that your ment to av it at the front because when the lavs were outside there wer'nt any lights in the garden looo so u could grab it better and not freeze ya bits off trying to ripp a sheet off

the front way-even though this was established long ago! I will change it at peoples houses-I don't care. I'm that much of an OCD freak about these things. (p.s do not read like I think all peeps with ocd are freaks lol)
