I once ( and this is the gods truth ) dissmised here from our stand at the IFE food show in Earls Court
I was doing a cooking presentation for my former company Hazlewood foods. She asked me for a copy of one of the recipie's I was prepearing, I in return said " No worries......... £500 quid please " . She did not take to well to this, and tryed using her stature and status to obtain the recipe for free, " Do you know who I am young man". " Yes I replied" with that she stomped out of her wrinkley mouth " I can get your recipe published in my book", to wich I then replied " Im sure you can...... with your name attached to it, not mine........£500 quid" with that coment she started laying it on thick. Anyway to cut a long storry short..
I got my " I dont give a flying F**k who you are" Chef head on and had her dissmised from the stand by a security guard
