I fookin well enjoy`d this mother hubbard of a night

Me and sam got in at 10 bells and felt a bit like a spare cock on a wedding night but as the place filled up I started rockin me socks off.

quality atmosphere i thought, there was a few cocks in there but i thought they were well behaved despite looking a bit moody?????

the tunes were as always with the Hazy and OSA dj`s in full effect , fucking blinding, and the Hazy room was a proper little cosy hole  just a shame it was by the entrance but none the less it was cool phones:

top atmosphere in the main room and some fucking awesome tunes were spun making my legs hurt by 3AM so was sat in the hazy room chillin my feet off a bit.

good to see the turn out of OSA`ers and also the scouse elemet too    good to be on our manor for a change eh.

the sound was fucking awesome i thought and the lighting was tip top, good job and top marks whoever did em

well packed out for a first night so thumbs up to Butty and Co for a quality night and roll on next month phones: phones: ;)

The lighting was superb...laser looked great in the main room  the hazy room was a little cold and i was torn between rooms all nite so ended up wandering from one to the other.....which wasnt a bad thing  :eyebrow:

Soz to Pauly for missing your set :( i was knackered by that time.....but made up for it when i got home cus we played the night out on 3 of ur sets ;)

Had an excellent night. I really proper enjoyed it.

Thanks to Butty and Quey for getting Hazy to do the back room and a huge massive "JEAR!!!!" for it all coming together. As Grover says didn't hear a duff tune all night in either bit and there was a really really good atmosphere in the place all night.

Tune Highlights - Jay Weardon playing some quality Hac Hip Hop incl. King Of Beats, De La Soul and Big Daddy Kane - Warm It Up... phones:

Blue Jammer playing A Man Called Adam - Barefoot In The Head....WOW! (jear!!!! :fekked: - LOL!)

and Pauly P dropping The Grid - "Boom!" -   phones: phones:

I really enjoyed playing. Was well nervous before going on and apologies for the kn*bhead in the R&S shirt who thought it was funny to mess with the pitch control on my first tune. Why do people think its clever??? Thanks to Plutes for holding him off and to the bouncers who swiftly came, saw and kicked out....

A big hello to all the OSA crew  . Lol Eve, that secret back bit was ace had some mad convo's with everyone out there. Was great to meet Grimmy (get yerself to Hazy soon fella...) and Sy who I'd not met properly before and to see the usual suspects out and about. Sorry I didn't make the mash up after but was really tired.

All that remains for me to say is.....Hope the night goes from strength to strength and.........GET US ON AGAIN!!!! :p   ;) phones: LOL.

Mart

Butty and Quey have got summat worth keeping here and its just what Manchester needs, going back to its roots with no trouble
Ace atmosphere and great to meet Jay :D
Great tunes all night. BJ playing LCO made my night and great to hear stuff like Mantronix - King of beats in one room and NWA - Express yourself in the other room a few minutes later  phones:
Sorry to anyone who witnessed my first couple of mixes :$ (How to kill a snowbeast = Get him trolleyed then disable the crossfader lol).
Cheers to Mart for driving :D

Best night for ages and gotta do it again

I've been waiting for a taste of the Hac for ages, I went to the dry bar Hac sessions in Oct but never got inn! Proabababblay :)P <hate that word) for the best as spoke to Jon who dj'd and he said it wasn't all that. So I was well lookin forward to this Hacienda sessions night.......

I was blown away, the music was awsome and the atmosphere was incredible, I arrived with Milenko at 10 and didn't leave till some B*st*ard turned lights on at 4! Party'd all night met some fantastic people everyone off OSA were welcoming and I thank you all for being so nice!

Again, top night and I can't wait for the next one!

Firstly, thanks mart for the lifts there and back

Wow, what a great night this was - my memories of the Music Box weren't the best tbh, and I thought it was smaller and narrower than it actually is, lol I'd not been since about 1995 :S :$

Great atmosphere in there all night, crowd were well up for it right from 11ish which was nice to see, eager beavers ;) hehe

Few hello's to new peeps I met, Sam L'Mc, eve, grimmy, sy69, err and 'some others' as I've forgot :$ sorry lol

Nice to see the regular lot out, and the hazy guys for coming over and playing, sorry didn't catch your sets, but soon as I'd finished 10-12 bit, I ended up meeting and chatting to folks, and of course a cheeky :fekked: hehe

What I heard of Jay's set was ace, loved the slow down hip hop section, De La Soul, King Of The Beats, some wicked tunes, nice to hear you play some deep acid tracks at the start as well, very tasty, and was gauging the reaction the acid stuff got, orrrr jear you know I'll be diggin deep for some acid belters fer next time ;)

Really enjoyed meself in the last 2 hours I played 2-4, got right into it and was having a few dances to some wicked tunes, even ended up dancing with some girl in the DJ bit lol, although had to un-link hands to mix the next tune in :fekked: :D

Was ace to hear the reactions some records got, esp Royal House - Can You Party, Charles B - Lack Of Love and of course Orange Lemon  could hear the screams and cheering over the tunes at one point, orrr jear

Felt very close to the 1st Hac reunion night @ sankeys, and that made me feel good, as that's what we set out to achieve :)

Massive thanks to butty & quey for all their hard work behind the scenes with the promotions, you guys worked yer arses off, and was mint to see you both buzzin like kids in a sweet shop all night hehe :D

Biggest thanks to all the fantastic people who came along, without you we'd have been sat in a circle on the dancefloor listening to Abba and Elton John CD's :cops:

Oh, I seem to have adopted the butty pose for photo's  see below piccy.

Catch ya's at the next one phones: :hubba:

this night was a new experience for me, there was no room in anyones car so i decided to drive me own car there n back and stay straight headed because well.... tis better than stayin in init. I've never been out clubbin before and not been off me face or pissed. i was expecting to start gettin tired around 12pm and cut off early, but no such thing happend :D

i stayed in the little hazy room all night really so never heard what got played in the big room. Jonno warmed everyone up nicely with a with a boss little set although we didn't think he was gonna turn up for a little while as he was a bit late lol. then the hazy attic crew stormed into action. with mick, mart and annie all doing what we come to expect from them every month. i didn't catch pauly P's set as we left just as he came on, i just remember a record jumpin on his first mix and he was havin some trouble with some of the equipment lol I'm sure he got it together and pulled out a crackin little set for the small appreciative crowd in there.

the crowd on the whole was pretty good. was a good number of people turned out for it. there was one or two strange ones in there thou i have to say, notably one rather plump fella in a stupid hat that got a little bit too excitable at hearing all the old hacienda classic tunes and was throwin himself about a bit too much and ended up knockin the decks in the hazy room, and subsiquently got thrown out by the bouncers, he didn't go without a fight thou, was determend he wasn't goin and was draggin himself back in, was funny as lol:thumbsup: :turn:

can't wait to see the photo's an all, especially debs and dans ones lol dan was not in a good way lol, he couldn't even talk in the end. was shuffling round like an old woman cause he couldn't work out how to walk anymore lol. class m8. was good to see a good few of the osa and hazy crew again. was a laugh.

i was drinking lucozade all night..... and i tell ya..... i must av been flyin off it lol;) tis crackin stuff, i didn't sit down all night  :turn:. but it just goes to show that all you actually need is the right tunes, it was the music that kept me on the dance floor (not garry or jack n jill;)), i couldn't help bouncin up and down and shoutin c'mon !! tuneeeeeeeeee !! when the the hazy crew pulled out another belter from their quality record collections. i definately think there's going to be more straight headed nights comin up for me. i remember who i spoke to, what they looked like, what was said, who was DJin and when they was on and i came home with money in my pocket. this is highly irregular lol :S  but was definately an experience i enjoyed immensly.

bring on next saturday    :D

Back oop north!
www.
I was really scared in there, it was full of loonies - did you see the bloke with the tattoos all over his head!!!???  :hubba:

Nah, am only kidding, for the brief time I was there it was good. I have to say that I didn't really think it was Hac music at the time I was there but I was there quite early though so it hadn't really got going then. Just my opinion :$ :$

The bloke with tatoos on his face is nicest man you could ever meet...I can see what you are saying but don't always judge a book by it's cover.

Were'nt hac tunes...like what????? The only tunes that I heard was Nomad at about 1:50am.

Most of music was 88 - 90!!! Is that why you didn't know it?

showin yer age now jay....... lol

blagged me way in there abt 0320 pretendin i was a dj with me bag full of tunes from north - straight up to the dj booth to see the jammer (and also in case a bouncer was followin me and to stash me tunes lol)....

looked like a decent night and still a decent crowd at that time, nice atmosphere as well (seen the tatoo man and he seemed nice enough tbh).

good to see that 2 classics nights can pull 300+ folk each on the same night in the centre of manchester (albeit different types of tunes)....... who knows when this clash may happen again lol ;)

big up the quey, butty and recca for pullin this one off (and espec recca's "time now please ladies and gentlemen pleeeeeease" at the end lol.......).

Manchester's finally got a choice again..........

Absolute belter of a night! That easily beat the 1st timeless at MB (which was my favourite one till now, lol). Listening to the old hac stuff, even tho I don't know most of it is much more satisfying than listening to the typical maximes type stuff. Its great getting a buzz off a tune when you haven't a clue what its called and haven't heard it before, well noice! Spesh when you're :fekked: which was a 1st for me! Gotta do it Hac stylee ain't ya ;)

Big shouts to ALL DJs as I made sure I caught a bit of everyone's set, Mart's was totallly rockin as was Blue Jammer's and Mr. Weardens

Atmosphere was tip-top! A very small handful of moody lookin fella's but I knew one of them and it was because they were expecting a Maximes kinda night. But they were all well behaved so its all good!

Shouts to Recca (U know what for  ) and to S-J for introducing me to sooo many OSA'ers, can't remember much of it as I was well gone by then but here's who I can remember meeting for the 1st time: Blue Jammer, Milenko, Mart, Northern Star and erm dunno who else but there was loads more than that, sorry to who I've missed :$ . O, and nice to see and have a gab with Mr. Fisher (been a long time fella) and the usual suspects Butty, Claire, Quey, Woody, Easty.

Well done to ya's for pulling off a laarge nite! Loved it, O, and nice one to Butty too for persuading me to go in the first place as I was supposed to be somewhere else . Well glad I didn't!

Chills.
Superb nite this baby was, had a rite trip out
Got there 10pm and immediately got buzzin on how great the choones was, propper early stuff. And it stayed that way all nite.
I had tough time deciding which room to check out, but managed to sample a bit of both all nite. All Dj's were playing some blinders, lots a early acid beats and rhymes.
Nice to see so many OSA out, cos I aint been out for over a year. Made me remeber what ive been missing. Great to see Eve, Butty, Woody and BJ and many more, especially the 2 folk who were quewing to get in with me who invited me to sit infront of the speakers with them. (Taa me ears were melted in 10 mins flat !!! LOL )
Big shout to everyone for making it a top nite. Worth the trip :fekked:

Had a great night on friday, so well done to all involved for making it such a great success

Was ace to hear quality tunes all night, thought the atmosphere was wicked, and met some top people :D

Manchester has needed a night like this for ages  Id lost a bit of faith in going out in Manchester, as it seemed to always end in trouble :S I never saw anything like that on friday and the bouncer with the tatoos was really friendly (he kept asking me if i was ok lol), but also looked like someone who you wouldnt want to mess with! :| ;)

Was difficult to decide which room to stay in, so tried to go between both all night. And I never heard a duff tune all night, or a cheesy anthem  ;)

Thought all the dj's played quality sets, even pauly after his first few fumbles :p ;) sorry dear hee hee  but you still got cheers and a proposal lol (glad you didnt take her up on her offer tho) ;)

The only thing was that the hazy room was a bit chilly, maybe you could put the curtain over the door next time? :)

Was a top osa turn out and butty you made me laugh all night, you were like a kid in a sweet shop!!! I was proud of you darling

Quality night
Quality tunes
Quality people
Quality venue
Quality full stop.

This is a night I will be attending frequently  Well done :D
