can someone explain to me the difference between the upstairs and the down stairs and why everyone wants to stay up stairs?????????????????????

I've just lost all interest in going out and getting chucked out of maximes a few months ago was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak

How about if we proper promised you that you would have the bestest night ever... You would be looked after very much and Mart and Grover told you that you would no way be chucked out....

I would even place you a bet... any bet at all that you would come out smiling by the end of the night.... Then what would you say??

i second that........SJ hun.....if we cant have him addicted by the end o the night then there is no hope for any of us....lol... ;)

the difference between upstairs and downstairs Easty my darl is the type o tunes really......tis a bit more early doors and intimate up the dancers...bit like being in yer bezzy m8s attic bedroom listening to those old warehouse classics and downstairs is just like walking into an intimate club full of beaming peeps listening to the uplift of the best old school......i went for the 1st time in may and i am true to my word here its the best thing i ever did.....wot a truly exquisite evening it is.. :p ..its the mix of the people and the music and the right venue that makes hazy so god damn special.........i hope to be there every month for the rest of my life....lol....well its how i feel ......and can u blame me......... :love: :love: :love: :love: :love: :love: im sure i speak for many here when say it........so please please come along......... :wave:

To BJ, SJ and northern Star, thanks to the 3 of you for trying to get me to go, it is kind of nice to be made welcome. I have been told how good hd is by woody and I have been tempted in the past to go down but at this moment Ireally do not feel like going out. I move into my new house next wednesday and i am busy sorting out my own night at the moment. I told sj after the 1st nipper at GT that I was chilling out for a bit and nothing has changed to be honest. I am planning to go to the blue rooms next week for a few beers as recca keeps asking me to go, so if any of you are going there then I will see you then.
And BJ the answer to why I can afford to miss 808 state is because they will be on live somewhere in Manchester for free fairly soon

Was going to reply to Easty's post but that puts it superbly....:thumbsup:

We have two rooms and try to play different music in each to keep everyone happy. Not everyone's tastes are the same bud. So we have some really old underground skool stuff upstairs (although last month I forgot to pack enough tunes and ended up having to play too many anthems - will be rectified this month for deffo!!!...apologies :$ ) and downstairs is the "named" DJ's playing more familiar, but still reet proper old skool stuff... :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Plus as BJ says - its a tad cooler upstairs...:crazy:

easty, just be sure of the details, as if they do Manchester, it could well be them performing live, as opposed to DJ'ing an old skool set, please do let me know any dates for Manc either way, I'd like to see them again/and or performing live too.
