What a fantastic night, it were ace from start to finish

Thanks to Sarah for the lift and sorting me ticket out, appreciate loads hun and thanks to Woody for hospitality

Great to see all the usuals out and nice meeting Judderz and Spiely

Spent most of the night downstairs but when the heat got too much I ventured upstairs a couple of times and the tunes / atmosphere was amazing Had a right laugh with Antz downstairs (even if you did hurt my chest you bully) and my drinking partner Lou Lou

(apart from when we snuck out for kebab's at 3 lol)

So that's where you two disappeared to, I wondered where ya's had gone lol

Veee and Retro, I gave Mart a hug and kiss as promised so I got 3 hugs and 3 kisses off him Hope you had a fantastic night Mart, you certainly looked like you did anyway I've only been going Hazy since New Year and I have had some of the best nights out there and I know there'll be many many more. Anyway, good luck Mart, hope all goes well for you and your family, come and see us all out again soon

Flew in to Schipol 8.30am and arrived at my desk 9.05 happily wearing the same casual clothes that I had departed work in on Friday (washed yesterday evening!).

Massive props to DodgyScouser for getting up at daft o'clock to drive me to the airport, not least as we all crashed at about half past silly.

Another fantastic night again thanks to the hazy crew .

Was a bit at first :| fs , but sorted me head out and had a excellent night , was like sardines downstairs , thats gotta be busiest its been ? was up for most of the night where the music was CLASS all night plenty of me favs getting dropped , robbie edwards played kool world - invader and it went down a treat plus a load of stuff ive never heard before phones: Good to see the usuall suspects out and great to meet placid , mrnex , weespeccy (give us me vicks back lol) nice to see marchwichel milenko , spiely and bro ? out lee(fantazia) and judderz nice swan for the mix 3 heads from the night who i thought were well lost in the music - annie , neil k and the woooodster Gwaaaan

what a top nite yet again! word on the street is that the hazy crew are changin their names to " The mailmen" coz they always deliver lol *groan*

anyway back to the review!

started early on in the day with a bit of a tune swap seshwan with the man like nowthen, and a bit of early indulgance
one by one the troops arrived for the convoy to merkydive nice to to maddox for driving and after collectin judderz from the services ( nice one for the tune! top geeeza well appreciated mate )made our way to hazy. took an alternative scenic view to avoid the traffic and got in hazy sometime after 10. was slowly starting to fill up and as i was a little bit (yes already) i proceeded to drink countless vodkas to calm me nerves a bit, so the rest of the night is a blur of tunes, dancing, hugs and breasts. also bumped into the same guy who was talking to me last year outside when i was throwing up and that was quite mad. coz his mrs was a manc and she lived near where i used to considering i wasnt overly keen on the tunes at the previous quad nite i can only say i was overwhelming surprised and pleased at the fantastic array of tuna played on the night. Tag- phase II reachin mick/mart? ten city thats the way love is aceeeeeeeeeeeid stylee and countless more that i can never ever seem to recall lol dont think i stopped dancing much all nite defo right mr canoe, lost in the music indeed so apologies for the briefness of any convos( not like i say that much anyway when i'm ) lol

ventured upstairs once or twice, heard a rumour that some piano was being played like but apparently annie had threw all the piano stuff out the skylight nice to meet some new faces too shaunc top dude wont name anymore, coz erm well i cant remember

big respect to all the usual crew, you lot make any normal night good..... so you make hazy untouchable nice to see mesh's brother and their possee largin it hazy style too, looked like everyone had a "boss" nite

and lastly to everyone who contributes to the running of hazy, a massive thank you for the oldskool education over the past 2 years
without u lot i prob still wouldnt have bought some decks, wouldnt be let loose on pr, have an addiction to black plastic discs, and wouldnt have had nearly 20 of the best nights out ever n ever n ever amen
it wont be the same without ya mart you'll be sorely missed mate, dont leave it too long ya hear but i'm damn certain the rest of the crew will keep the hazy snowball avalanching down oldskool mountain for some time to come and if theres owt i can do to assist, (droppin flyers off in manc etc i can grab em from shazzs shop when i'm in da pool ) just give me a holler.

im jus back to normal well erm ish after visiting planet hazy an what a trip it was

blagged outa work at about 4ish lol an got home washed, changed an one for the road with my mates before flying round the corner to follow deb's dan shorty an iian down to liverpool. cheers deb's we would never of found the place wi'out ya. (an sarah asked me to mention it wasnt her keep beeping, it was the muppett my mate laura decided to bring along :| )sorrree.

we met s-j for the tickets. bless ya an arrived at hazy about 10ish an the place looked to be buzzin well before we arrived there got the beers in an the tunes were simply fab whilst we qued at the bar an so had a very quick peep upstairs before leggin it back down to dance. danced all nite in the same spot an jus loved every minuite of it phones:

vertigo were blinding an he said err8 haha. an i belive it was mart were also ace phones: playing hardcore uproar again! (i havent heard that tune played 'out' for at least 10 yrs an its been on twice in the last 2 months lol...tune) started to get a bit messy by this point an all im saying is when 'take that's re'light my fire got a spin i WAS lou lou

ive gotta mention the girl dancing wi the breasts coz i was right in front of her all night an mesh lol yer mad ed .. you had the best time

shorty unlucky wi the tryna out sessh me .. Muwahahaha

But you know what I just cannot do it, because Hazy you are the Dogs Danglies because month in, month out you guys never ever fail to bring a good night with shed loads of hugs and smiles!!

I know that you guys truly didn’t believe that you would even make it to your 1st Birthday but guess what… You made it well and truly past your 1st and 2nd and all I’ve got to say is you deserve is so bloody much!!!


Since my first visit to Hazy it has been like a very bright light has been switched on inside me, and month after month it has well lets just say got brighter and brighter…


You guys built it… and along we all came… Travelling from far and wide to experience the Hazy vibe… A lot of plane, train and car journeys with a hell of a lot of mileage has been clocked up for people desperate to be part of it…


Thanks to Hazy there has been the massivest meeting of minds!! You all know the score and how it goes!!!


I feel privileged to have experienced these last two years… and I know without a shadow of a doubt as long as you continue to put Hazy on… The people will come… Your gonna be around for your 10th birthday as long as your still game, I just know so!


Saturday night, I don’t even need to tell you as most of you were there… To all of you that came.. Boogied and just in general are the Hazy crew.. Your all very special people and make the night what it is!


Mart – My final thought…. Good-bye and good luck… I know that you won’t be very far… It was destiny & you know this!!! I wish you, Ruth and Maddy every well wish, success and all my love for your future!

As usual I am unable to write a fully detailed review as much of the night is rather sketchy...

Met up at the adelphi early on - top laugh round there and the image of weespeccy hurdling the metal railing in the middle of the bar to get to the gents won't be leaving my mind in a hurry :S

Met a few new faces in the club, great to meet mr nex (ya scratter!!), placid (champion records' greatest fan) and hardcore general off soulseek, all of whom seemed right at home upstairs in hazy

As many people noticed I was completely spasticated by about 9:30 :$ Caught a bit of Shauns set downstairs (Black Riot ) and then popped back upstairs to hear some of tag's (up to his usual high standard) Stayed upstairs for the whole night after this as the tunes wouldn't let me leave. Pluto, Dreamgirl and Nex b2b .... amazing From big classic tunes like Chime to stuff I'd never even heard in a club before (Infoworld by Model 500, Essence of a Dream) Andy Carroll was on form again with a very enjoyable set featuring everything from classic detroit to stuff like Kool World - Invader... top stuff. Also very impressed with Robbie and Alan who I'd not heard before - they kept in with the vibe of upstairs and dropped some stuff you'd not normally hear

Caught the last half hour of downstairs where mart played out with some stormers phones:

Not gonna type out a big list of names cos I'd only forget loads of people but it was great to see the usual faces, a few new ones and some I'd not seen for ages Hazy really does keep getting better and better for me and it was a buzz to see the club jam packed again with no hassle and big smiles on everyones faces...

The usual massiiiiiiiiive thank you to Annie, Ste, Jo Jo, Mick and Shaz for their outstanding hospitality and the usual madness of the kind that seems to happen every time I get on a train to liverpool Cannot thank you all enough for putting up with me every month

First of all..Happy Birthday Hazy and massive thank you to Big Unc and Shaz , the atmosphere was electric even more so than usual(if thats possible).
Tunes all night were spot on so thank you to all the DJs
It was my brothers birthday so what a better place to celebrate that our Hazy
There ended up being about 30 of us and every person that went couldn't stop smiling/gurning/jaw swinging. I think we have 30 more hazy converts
My didn't work so bought more and ended up very early, so apologies:$

I do remember being introduced to Mr Nex 'WORD', getting tongued by Vertigo, doing the do se doe with Mike Knowler, our Plutes and Mart on the stage, using the mens loos on numerous occasions, flashing unintentionly for the second tme that week at everyone(note to self..buy tit tape), pretending to DJ everytime Mike Knowler changed a record, telling Paul Wikkid he could lend my knickers because the airline had lost his case.. general mess and fun.

Hazys birthday

I probably say this every month, was the best hazy ever.

Never known it that packed, was absolutely jammed downstairs, so I spent most of my night upstairs. The one thing I love about hazy is when you walk in and everyone comes over to say hello and give you a hug and tell you to have a great night. Great to meet ScouseCol in town.

Did not see much of the downstairs sets which was a pity because I missed shauns sets and his sets are always ace. Although I did get to see a bit of Tags set when me an Nex stumbled downstairs. Although I have to say Annie, Plutes, Nex, Andy C and Robbie E rocked upstairs, monster sets with a masive spattering of my fave tunes. Seem to always end up throwing shapes with Tother Paul amsta-Tim, Shooms, Mikeeee, Dodgyscouse Ste/Annie, Murfs, and rest of upstairs crew.

Special thank you to mouse for actually making me a trapesium and a rhombus and amsta-tim for the cubes, lol you are cool.

Great to see all usual faces as well as te hazy crew and meet some new ones, Nex/HCG you nutters. Lol only just remember about Michelle storming the gents, see I am a gent !

Thanks to Mick for helping me out last minute again and hug to Shaz for being shaz and introducing me to the new faces.
