Does anyone have a copy of Sasha @ The Sweat Box, 1992/93?

I used to have this on tape but it's went walkabout over the years: I've either loaned it oot to someone or some thieving bastard has nicked it.


If anyone's got this, any chance of sticking it up?

Noticed the Nick Warren set on an earlier page but the link had expired. Used to have the Linz McWilliam tape but mind it being 90mins?? Could be wrong though...

In answer to your question, Paul Kristay was an Aberdeen based DJ who played at Skank among others on a number of occasions. Apart from seeing him at Skank a few times and buying / copying his tapes I don't know much else. Was 1 of my fave DJ's in the 90s - hence the amount of his stuff I've put up. :cool:

Sons Of Simmie might be able to add more details as think he met him once or twice??

Have you got his 18.3.93 set?? Don't think I've put it up on here. If not I'll put it up the morn.

yeah ive only got 45 mins, maybe somebody else has the other side of the tape

Think i put the whole Linz tape up on here and on Stand Free, sometime last year?

Just been browsing this thread and noticed it's still active although started way back in 2007. Thought I would join in as it was mostly the Scottish scene I did way back.
Been digging out all my old tapes and have a fair selection, especially Rhumba ones from way back amongst others. Just found a Fever tape "From Fever with Love". Only managed to go there twice but 2 cracking nights. My mate was pals with Jacqui Morrison and we got the tape from her. Can't remember if it's her playing on it though?
Did most of the Rhumba nights when I could from Roxannes in Perth, Fat Sams, Citrus, Arbroath and then the Ice Factory. Along with some of the outdoor events. Helped my mate organise a big outdoor event called "Secret" which was held just outside Montrose. Crackin night but lost a lot of money organising it after paying for the Marquee, sound system, Dj's etc. Ahhh the memories.
Need to have a proper dig through these tapes as have hundreds and some gems amongst them if I remember.
