The tie was possibly a bad choice
For 4 months I basically had 4 shakes a day giving me a total of 500 cals per day & 100 % RDA of all vits / mins needed. No food & shedloads of water. You get into a state of ketosis where you are basically burning yourself for energy
I did that for 4 months & have been going to the gym for the last month doing lots of weights & swimming - I've started to eat a high protein meal in the evenings (basically grilled fish / chicken / steak on a bed of spinach / watercress / rocket) to help the giddiness I was feeling from doing the weights.
I averaged around 3lb loss per week or a stone a month... I'm gonna do the shake / evening protein meal until the end of Sep

Week 14: -4lb - *FINALLY* out of obese... BMI 29.5

It's pretty a hardcore diet I won't lie but it suited me coz I'm an all or nothing person anyway... also the total break from food gave me time to assess why / how / what I was eating to get fat... basically I do daft hours at work & got late shit takeaways coz I couldn't be arsed cooking... determined to change that & eat a low-carb diet from here on
The difference has been amazing... I'm getting attention & smiles left, right & Chelsea
