Last time i worked i had to run across a field with kit on my back ,jump over barbed wire fence, run up a hill and down a ditch, got to patient and i was f**ked...lol few sessions at gym for next year

What you do is get realy board...find a picture of yourself it doesnt mater how crappy. Then you just open it in photo shop and play away untill somat comes out the other end or you go make a cup of tea.
