Would appreciate help here guys...i need to know when the following nights first opened.

quadrant park was a sort of hit man and her club for years until 1 night in december 1989 , mike knowler was made resident and the music policy changed for the better:thumbsup:

cream was around feb 93 i think might have been earlier..... i remember going their first night..... around 50 people attended and it was in the annex bit

I could be wrong but I think its Oct 92. I have the flyer at home somewhere to double check.

93 it was as i was liviong in barrowford then when the mirfield one opend n i didnt move there till 93 :thumbsup:

How good tho was the bell air venue....f**king awesome...big church witha massive window on the 1st floor :thumbsup:

and im sure legends opened in '90 too :thumbsup:

My memory aint what it used to be tho :(

Angels could quite possibly be '90 late on and got big in '91 :thumbsup:

Up yer ronson was a late starter in comparrison think that was 93 ish same as hard times :thumbsup:

i went to the church place, but always thought that was in Mirfield :confused: , shows ya how hazy them days were :S Always remember coming out of HT & changing out of a brand new pair of shoes into trainers for the drive home & then...........Yep you've guessed it!....... driving off leaving behind me new shoes never to be seen again D-OH! :p

Just double checked... "Cream Opening Night" was Saturday 17th October 1992 with Fabio Paris, Paul Myers and Paul Bleasdale in the back room of the Academy (Nation). The following Saturday (24th) had James Barton, Andy Carroll and Paul Bleasdale :thumbsup:

Think Up Yer Ronson was a bit earlier. I remember going there for Graeme Park in December 92, and that definitely wasn't the first.
